Any Aussie riders have these rearsets? If so, what do you think of them?

I'm not an aussie, but I know the guy who makes them, and they are top notch quality. The guy really has a passion for design quality, and he holds is people and his company to really high standards.
If they are in your price range (they're not in mine), I say go for it.

I havn't got them on my bike I bought the Gilles but if I was to buy some again I would but the Acculign.
