not knowing much about forum moderation, how much work is involved?

Really a mods job or duty is nothing more then to welcome new members and keep tabs on things... try to resolve any minor issues and keep their sections flowing with information and keeping things on topic and in there proper sections.

I like mods to be active members of the community and we often look to them for advice and solutions from a members perspective, you can think of them as a public type office representing the members best interest and keeping the peace as much as possible. As you can see everyone has a different perspective of what a mod actually does or doesn't do, but in reality this above is how I look at it.

I'm still working on this guys... this is not something that will happen overnight... but slowly I will be changing things up.. I thank you to all of you who have volunteered your services to help both in this thread and by pm.

While we can't add all of you that have offered right away, in time I'm sure there will be a need. :)
