Hey guys, does anyone have any recommendations for a "top" shop around the NY area for tuning my Duc 1098S to it's best?
I never really felt my bike ran particularly strong. It stalls every now and then when hitting 175 degrees and it just generally never feels strong. I need a really good service tech to check out my bike and get it running it's best- any recommendations?

Thanks everyone, steve@stevenunez.com

Did you try Rockwell Cycles? They have a Dyno and Nick Rockwell is extremely well versed with Ducati's of all types.

I went up to see Nick awhile back when the bike was first hitting the streets- I don't think he knows much about this new model or how to get the best from them.

In all honesty I've been to several dealers and none really impressed me with their "knowledge" on the 1098 or tune them to top performance.....I just want the bike to run as strong as possible and I'm fairly sure mine is not running optimally.

Matter of fact I even went as far as Cliff's in CT and they supposedly had tuned the bike to eliminate the stalling (Cag Fix????)- by the time I got home the bike stalled about 7X....
I'd wanting to enjoy this Duc but am underwhelmed by it's performance.....I know it's not a ZX10R but it never gives the rush or burst of torque like mags say they do- I'm fairly sure my unit isn't running to it's best.......I need a dealer who can take some time to tune this thing right!
Thanks guys.
(Little frustrated here- spending money but no improvements!!!!!)

You try Larry Pegram, his race shop is in Columbus Ohio. How about Eraldo down in Philly.

Try Dyno Solutions which is right next to Cliffs Ducati in Danbury Ct. John is a great guy and is very good at tuning.

Thanks to all whom replied.
I've heard good things about BCM and Jack Trebour (sp?) so I have a few choices. BCM is a bit far from me so I doubt I'll go there as it's simply too far for me- I'll likely try Jack Trebour in NJ as it's much closer. If they can get the bike to stop stalling and get it tuned to it's potential I'm sure I'll enjoy the bike.
Thanks to all - you guys are great!!!!

i take my bike to Jack Trebour and they're great. The sent my ECU back to DNA to get it reflashed. Since i got the bike back it hasn't stalled. I don't think they do any tuning though.
