I'm interested, and yes it is boring here. I think all the dozens of 1098s that AMS sold went out of state, and there are apparently only about 4 left in N. TX........ I'm hoping to do the Cresson track day in October. Maybe a few others will turn up.

Well, 4 is enough for a good BS session at humperdinks, or wherever. Maybe find a central location to meet up, a little ride, some food. The socal guys are humiliating us... so wrong....

I get the feeling you've done that ride before.... Works for me!

That's dove hunting country. How would we look with our shotguns strapped to our backs? :D

This Saturday is better for me. I will be spending Saturday night in Addison area and plan to have a massive hangover on Sunday. And we better start fairly early if doing Rich's trek up FM4. Early for me is probably 9-10am :) but I can be flexible.

I suppose we could meet at AMS since that's on the way to Granbury. Maybe they'll have some donuts? I'm just making suggestions, so whatever's best for the group. I'm coming from Dallas area, south of I20.

(now where's that friggin subscribe button...)

I was thinking on planning it sometime after October 12/13 (AMS Ducati Track days) and just wanna make sure the bike is still in one piece by then. That and it'll give time for people to be able to plan this.

I think early (9am) is a good suggestion as well seeing how I'll be getting drunk any night on the weekend.

the scbscrible is under thread tools button at the top of the thread (above the first post).

I am up for another run after the track day, also assuming my bike and clavicle are in one piece. I think Rich and I were looking at doing something this weekend too. The more the merrier.

Hey, I was on Greeneville Ave. last Tuesday night (a week ago) at Gloria's, and saw a 1098 motor by. Anybody here? I've seen a couple other Ducs on G'ville over the last few months. Always nice to see one in a sea of Harleys. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm back from Deal's Gap, NC. Had an awesome time. I wouldn't mind meeting up with you guys sometime, perhaps the Amsterdam on wednesdays? Good beer, good atmosphere, and virtually free of poseur-squids and chrome addicts.

I'm on AIM-kuhlkax and yahoo-kuhlka for those who IM. Afternoons and mornings are generally busy at school studying video game design at the Guildhall at SMU (in Legacy) up in Plano where I live.

I am up for Saturdays or Wednesdays at the Amsterdam - I used to go there for Euro bike night in the spring...10-15 bikes at most unlike the mega-squidfests...

I'm still in for the November ride. Wouldn't mind meeting up some evening too. Not that interested in monster squidfests. :)

What is the Amsterdam?? There's an Amsterdam Coffee Haus over by the State Fair area that has excellent beers - izzat the one?
