Hi Fella's,
Time to get a rear stand, Anyone recommend a good stand at a decent price in Aus? I really like the pitbull stands but importing them in are expensive.
Any recommendations?
Thanks

I want one too. I might try my local dealer. Probably $5,000.

$250.00 at the time i bought the bike 12 months ago, genuine ducati, extremely well made, impossible to drop when the pin is in, includes the bar to aid removing the rear wheel, BARGAIN.

I use the Sharp racing stand on mine.
It works a treat, it's easy to put the bike on and off the stand by yourself and feels very secure.
My dealer was kind enough to throw it in as part of the deal when I bought the bike!
I think they're worth about $200 - $250ish...
I got front and rear from T-rex. The rear works perfectly, looks about the same as Pit Bull. The front works as well as can be expected with the fork design. I think I paid about $150 for both. They were very good to deal with.

i got one of the last original dp stands that came with the large pin, they use to retail for $149. that sucks that they raised the price to $250 when they started including both pins. it is a great stand though, i also have the front stand as well.

I got a Pitbull when I picked my bike up in Feb. It came with a pin for the 1098 and one for the 848 (they said it was supposed to come with two?) for $179.99 minus a 15% discount since I bought it the day I bought the bike. I love the stand and won't use anything but Pitbull. I think I'm going to pick up a front stand one of these days.

Can't go wrong with Sharp Racing stands located in Melbourne. Murray Sharp makes excellent quality stands that most Aussie superbike riders use. About $ 250 for the rear & $ 220 for the front.

No, not reversable. Not really needed.
Good quality, just make sure of hub size on chain side yours should be 41 mm.
